One command to start. After that just use ccclub directly.

How it works

1

Initialize

Run npx ccclub init and enter your name. You get a 6-letter invite code.

2

Invite

Friends run npx ccclub join CODE. No account needed.

3

See the leaderboard

Usage syncs automatically after each session. Run ccclub or open the web dashboard to see the leaderboard.

ccclub reads token counts, cost estimates, model names, and number of calls from ~/.claude/projects/ โ€” the local usage logs that Claude Code already writes. No prompts, responses, code, file paths, or conversation data ever leave your machine.

Run ccclub show-data to see exactly what gets uploaded.
